Essential Qualifications (Must-Haves):
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of recent, verifiable Auto Repair Shop Management experience.
- Performance: Proven track record of confidently managing and growing a shop generating $1 million or more in annual revenue to it's potential
- Software Proficiency: Direct, current experience utilizing Mitchell / Tekmetrics software for day-to-day shop operations.
